For Indent orders, usually are also shipped FREE, however is some cases there is a small shipping charge, which will be clearly communicated. For split deliveries a $20 charge per location will be added.

How long will my order take?

Most items we offer can be delivered within 7-10 working days upon your approval of the Electronic Art Proof. Rush shipments in some cases can be accommodated but these may incur rush charges and urgent courier charges. Please contact us to confirm we can meet your delivery requirements if you have a specific deadline to achieve.

Can I get a sample product before ordering?

Yes, you can request a sample of a less expensive product before ordering.  As long as you send the sample back, there is no charge.  For a more expensive product, there may be a fee for the product sample.  For large orders we recommend a product sample.

 What is an Indent Order?

The majority of products available in New Zealand are sourced from overseas but imprinted locally. This allows for low minimums and fast delivery. An indent order comes from overseas fully decorated. The advantage, is a lower cost product but can only be done with large orders.

What is the difference between Vector Artwork and Raster Artwork?

The difference between vector and raster graphics is that raster graphics are composed of pixels, while vector graphics are composed of paths. A raster graphic, such as a gif or jpeg, is an array of pixels of various colors, which together form an image. A vector graphic, such as an .eps file or Adobe Illustrator file, is composed of paths, or lines, that are either straight or curved. Because vector graphics are not made of pixels, the images can be scaled to be very large without losing quality. Raster graphics, on the other hand, become "blocky," since each pixel increases in size as the image is made larger. This is why logos and other designs are typically created in vector format -- the quality will look the same on a business card as it will on a billboard
